EFT is a wonderful modality, useful in reducing stress and tension, relieving symptoms of anxiety and depression, and addressing anything else that is causing suffering and dis-ease. It is a self-help technique, and is easy to learn. EFT is sometimes referred to as “psychological accupressure” as the technique involves tapping on or near the “energy meridians” of the body, the areas of the body it is believed energy flows through.
